Get ready for bed with Marco as he attempts to wrangle his stuffed animals using his science skills in this bilingual, Spanish and English, picture book. Marco’s mom reminds him that it is time for bed but all of his stuffed animals are strewn across the floor of his bedroom. Marco decides to sort his stuffed animals like a scientist. First he puts his animals into three groups, flying animals, swimming animals, and animals that move on land. Marco wrote labels on paper and taped them to his baskets. The animals would not stay in their baskets! Marco tried sorting the animals by color and by size but neither worked. Eventually Marco ended up with all of the stuffed animals in his bed as he slept. The illustrations are large and bright. The stuffed animals look very comfy to snuggle and young readers are sure to want to grab their own! This book is part of the storytelling math series. A wonderful way to introduce two languages and the math concept of sorting to young children.
