Mary Hogan Wilcox hunts for pumpkins (and eats pies) with her family in Boston, where she is also a children's book editor. This is her debut picture book. She has published many media tie-in books, and an original middle grade series (The Hollywood Sisters, pubbed 2006-2009) with Delacorte.
