Maureen O'Brien majored in illustration and design, receiving a BFA at Kendall College of Art and Design/Ferris State University in MI, and MFA at the Hartford Art School/University of Hartford in CT. Working out of her home studio in Franklin, TN, she provides Illustration and design for corporate, editorial and advertising clients, specializing in stylized realism/humorous & conceptual as well as children's books & magazine illustrations in a variety of traditional, digital & mixed media. She is also an adjunct professor of graphic design, illustration & foundations.
